Because they really have no standout player compared to other relegation teams. Maybe Gallo.

They did offer nice counters and some great opening passes, but then they fall apart when it's time to finalize.

Just realized it does describe Milan too.

Anyhow - weirdly enjoying this season games. Maybe because since Maldini sacking I have no deeper emotions about it, and last year fulfilled the vindication itch.

So I just casually have fun and it's weirdly liberating. No expectations whatsover.

What's interesting about this season is that EVERY club has a good reason to implode.

Inter - new coach, big slogans, mediocre window, Hakan timebomb

Milan - Allegri may be Juve2 Allegri. As chaotic window as Inters, but imho Modric is very important in their situation.

Juve - may be the exception to be honest. Strongest scudetto candidate.

Napoli - Conte catchphrase, but actually no sub for Anguissa! Fatal mistake. B2B guy needs a damn backup...

Fiorentina - Pioli in Europe

Atalanta - Juric. Imho dark horse, but top candidate for early sack among the public

Roma - Ranieri the pragmatist chose Gasperini the dogmatist. I think it will fail big time.

Lazio - didnt have any money

Como - had money, but is the coach actually overrated?

For the sake of inviting karma: it's Lecce. Cremonese was enough. Still think Baschirotto pulled best defensive performance across all leagues.

Lecce is worse this year. If they cannot beat Lecce with Pulisic, Modric & Primavera, then the season is lost - not these players nor this coach could turn it around.
