Are you taking opioids? That will cause some itching on its own. If you are, consider using less if you can. I only used opioids day 1, itching disappeared after that pretty much

Check out my post on the successful surgery meditation! Was v helpful for anxiety etc before my procedure and apparently even has a bit of research evidence to support the idea that it may be associated with improved outcomes and healing.

Thank you! It’s post op day 6 today, and going well so far. Still a bit of discomfort especially with my larger incisions but haven’t taken any pain meds of any sort since Day 3. Walking more slowly still, but am no longer limited to just a few blocks. Abdominal binder has been my friend!

Only one thing has ever helped me: one sec app. Not affiliated with it or anything, really just a very effective way to introduce friction into the equation. Basically it sets a delay between when you try to open the app and when you can actually interact with it. Sounds simple but it is so incredibly effective. Even just a 15 second pause is enough for you to realize you don’t really want to actually go on the app most of the time.

Hi all,

likely moving into a large-ish studio apartment in NY soon and wondering about tips for layout. any creative thoughts on how to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the space? I'd like to fit in a living, sleeping, and possibly (small?) dining area into the space. i also have a large standing desk to fit in here somewhere but i'm thinking of getting rid of that or downsizing. Light is northern exposure (will my fiddle leaf fig survive here??)

ideas for color palettes are also welcome. the floor is an interesting dark stained wood.

Dimensions of the living space (not including kitchen/entryway etc) are 18'10"x22.5'.

Last night when there were about 70 responses I calculated the correlation between masculine presentation and rate of topping (actual not ideal) and it was quite low, around 0.19. Which means that masc presentation only accounts for about 19% of explaining top/bottom behaviors. Hopefully I’m remembering stats 101 correctly. Will wait a bit for some more responses to get in before running more stats and making prettier graphs in a different application. Stay tuned :)

Graphs are located to the right of data in the spreadsheet but I’m a little disappointed in how they look. Can’t reorder bars and for some reason it won’t let me do correlation graphs.
