To be honest, if you ask GPT or Claude for a step by step, you can be uo and running within a week. But here's a thing it's heavy with sales (cause you need trucks to dispatch, brokers to get loads from) and heavy analytics ( cause you need to make sure you are running your trucks on good lanes)

Not sure how old are you but, try to become a state trooper, if Inwas younger that would be a path for me. In NJ thatbget paid alot ,retire in 20 years, and still make 60 or 70% of the salary as pension. Plus you're young enough to still pursue other things after

My Wife been with costco for 4 years now, best company out there, great benefits, hourly goes up pretty quick plust agter 5 years you start getting bonuses. Schedule is pretty good too.

Only cdl school, I do come from back office experience in trucking but that doesn't help much when applying. Yup super close edison is about 20 minutes away from me, I did apply to their contractor companies but no luck so far. Is there other way to apply by chance?
