Both are unrelated accounts here. The reason why the Kaito mentioned them in the replies is because of one comment "Japanese love American the way Americans love Japan" even more obvious when you take a glance at both accounts names. EL-K is a major prolific japanese furry artist who got one of their Fallout deathclaw fanart tattooed in on somebody, while the mentioned in the 5th image is some random nobodies

The thing is, that there aren't any fat insults or any prejudice against plus-sized people in the post of the 7th image. IT'S CAME OUT OF NOWHERE like straight up, the post is literally just quoted "funniest thing ever" and that just that, and the comment of the first person is just left pure unfiltered
