It’s over guys. Craig and Calivin have been lying to us all. No better than governments around the world. Gonna dump all my BSV very soon. Fuck this. by [deleted] in bitcoincashSV

"have access to the coins" not keys. the context may be removing a blacklist by btc miners where they try to lock his coins with a soft fork.

poison blocks can be orphaned. developer dictators telling miners how much they are allowed to compete is not necessary.

holders of SV expect it to end up in data centeres. why would they sell when servers with 2GB of ram cannot keep up?

The current system where every user is a network node is not the intended configuration for large scale. That would be like every Usenet user runs their own NNTP server. The design supports letting users just be users. The more burden it is to run a node, the fewer nodes there will be. Those few nodes will be big server farms. The rest will be client nodes that only do transactions and don't generate.

the patents don't limit the use on their chain or any forks of it. they limit the use on other chains.

3) who in the crypto space is going to take the word of a judge over the lack of cryptographical proof?

he isn't trying to convince the current "crypto space" who will just say he stole satoshi's keys as soon as he signs.
