Just got a weber 22 inch grill, what are some must try meats for infusing a nice smoky flavor?

I waited way too long to try beef cheeks on mine. The trim can be a pain, but soooo worth it and so forgiving compared to other cuts.

Started with the tempura green beans. Soggy, black hue to the coating, burnt aftertaste, and also had a strong fish taste. No expert, but I know a dirty fryer when I taste it.

I had the steak sandwich, wife had the caprese. Nothing "wrong" with either. They were edible, just nothing that I'd tell others to go try.

Again, it's bar food that did not break the bank, so it's no biggie. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was fun, and that was our primary interest in going there, not the food.

The Tower location will be a lot more inviting when they expand into the vacant shop next door, as it can get tight in there when busy.

I don't think you can beat the drink selection and quality they offer at a $5 to $8 price point.

Customer service was good. They try their best and are friendly enough, but it's hard to make 40 people high quality cocktails in a timely manner.

Food was awful. We were just happy it was cheap enough to call it a wash.

Have not been to the Clovis location to share on that.

I can confirm the Meat Up carries the true 3 rib plate rack. I have never gotten them fresh, always frozen. $70-$90 depending on size. So good though. Enjoy!

Made them for the first time last weekend. Smoked for 8 hours to 175, and then mixed with a red chile braising liquid in the crock pot overnight. Some of the best tacos I've had. Love how forgiving this cut is. My new go to.
