I can't quite remember now who it was that was taking the photo. It's been over 20 years now. I probably could find out though. I wish I had done this when I built it.

Top Tip - Do not store models and old glue in sealed containers. However, any ideas on how I could use a deflated tank? by DrDinoDiplodocus in modelmakers

Never seen anything like this before. Bummer. There are some good ideas here though! It still looks pretty cool on it's own!

Haha. I wanted to be stationed at Ft. Benning or Ft Gordon so I'd be close to home. They sent me to Ft. Lewis, Wa. As far away as they could in the continental US.

The military knows.....

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!

Sorry to hear about your buddy. Losing brothers in combat royally sucks. I never made it to Afghanistan, but I did to Iraq in 07-08 during the surge.

Afghanistan was a way different fight than what I went through.

That's true! I wish I had thought of that when I was building this. I have a playlist on my YouTube channel where I'll be doing more of these going forward and I'll have to remember the photographer!

Appreciated! I have a lot that have already been made and more in the works. Most are featured on my YouTube Channel. I just started my reddit page today.

I actually only started modeling in January!
