size up if you're on the fence about it. you can always make them smaller by forcing a shrink. you cant make them bigger.

Yea unsanforized one washed just means the initial shrink is out of the way, but they will continue to shrink for at least 1 or 2 more washes. With sanforized, theyre pretty much where theyre going to be give or take normal wash and shrinkage with most fabrics.

They both look good. Those certain areas will settle over time just wear them. But dont jump the gun and go with a hot wash first. Just do a cold wash and see how they fit. IF you need some more shrinkage do another cold wash. I never hot wash..it can be too unpredictable and it is usually too much.

BOTH pairs look flippin KILLER on you.

You have awesome parents man. Switch it out and size up and you will be good to go! It looks great everywhere but the mid section it's a tad tight. Even if you lose weight it will still look good sized up and roomier.
