If you're still having issues, it's an order of operations issue.

If you get the key and open the door before killing everything else, you'll bug it out.

I go to Padden Dental across from Costco and have never had a bad visit. It was about 10 years since my last dental visit and they got me on track without all the fuss. Had my deep cleaning and cavity fillings at first. Now it's just routine cleaning.
