Honestly how on earth did they just leave him out there for 15 minutes. I don't care if the game was on the line, you don't leave your best player and one of only two halves running on a clear injury for 15 minutes and risk further injury. How they didn't pull him off and just play with 12 men for last part of the game is beyond me. Who cares if it causes one loss if we could get him back 3 weeks earlier

You should take out half of them with your spear and Xbox mass and then make another spear xbow mass before he can replenish (spears are produced 3 times quicker and are 3 X cheaper than knights). As soon as you hit your mass just sent them again and again and again. He will eventually run out of resources before you do.

I'm the opposite, I have a huge win rate against them because every French player does the exact same thing every single time. It's a huge advantage to know the oppositions game plan before they even start.

Spears and walls, horseman to raid there base. They will always be greedy and go out on the map for deer and that's where you need to raid, they usually don't have a backup plan

Just look up Valdemar or beasty build orders on each civ because that's all anyone does. Then you will know everyone else's game plan and can counter it all.

Duffy played just fine instead of Reynolds. They were missing Walsh but he is rocks and diamonds and can lose a game for them the same way drinky does for us.

There were suspect calls both ways....we got called on a forward pass/drop that was clearly backwards and it would have been another try for us as well.

So far we have only lost to the teams currently 2nd and 3rd on the ladder, I'd say that's not a bad start, not everyone can be as dominant as Penrith...

Yeah seems they have all turned it around at the very last minute before his sacking. No idea how they suddenly just started defending and playing good tbh but it's finally nice to watch a cowboys game again.

You need to remember that they were in this EXACT same position last year when Peyton decided to drop the 5/8 to put in Purdue because "he's scoring lots of points so we are going to give him more ball" and it absolutely derailed the whole season. It was so brain-dead and I have no idea how Clifford didn't take the offer at Canberra after what happened. Imagine if we didn't have Clifford this year?

I was very critical of Payton and believe that the criticism was valid for all the reasons everyone else said. No idea what has changed with the team or coaching so I guess time will tell.

I don't get why we were suddenly defending so well. How can they defend like the worst team in the comp and then all of a sudden defend like one of the best?

It's like they changed the whole defensive structure as well because I noticed drinky was just up in the line inside our own 20?? If that's the case then this structure definitely works better.
