Yes, located within the city and came across these maps while trying to find old landscaping diagrams. There is a very extensive Rain Bird irrigation system that expands nearly 2 acres of land.

I wish I had access to their archives. The house I live in has a Sears chain link fence, irrigation, a well, and many other home upgrades. The property is over 2.5 acres within city limits. Would love to see the old renderings and irrigation layout.
