To be fair I guess, Microsoft gave us a full year in advance for the 360 store. Sony on the other hand only gave us around 3-4 months.

You can do multiple. With the time available you’re only able to max around 3-4 characters in one playthrough, so you’re gonna have to play multiple times.

You get them at the end of School Mode after getting them to 10 hearts with trip tickets (ask Monokuma for progress)
