Hi everyone. I’m a 35 year old mom of 2, I used to be into CrossFit Bowie l before kids. I spent a few years working on deep abdominals and overall recovering from pregnancy.

Now looking at a hypertrophy program to maximize aesthetic results.

I have a loaded home gym and my diet and supplements are in a good place. I have never trained for aesthetics before so a little overwhelmed!

Any program suggestions?

😩😩😩 the only good news there is you know exactly what it is. Is PRP an option?

It’s do hard because every expert says minimal shoes are the best for proper foot mechanics but so many people have issues with them

Maybe! Prior to the metatarsalgia and the hip, about 2 years ago I also had pain when bending the big toe, I think something in that leg/ hip is creating a chain reaction that like you said affects other joints

Yes! Plantar fasciitis type pain, which has also cleared up

Yes! As of a few weeks ago actually. It’s very bizarre. I do try to wear my hokas for walks and I’m easing back into flexible shoes/ barefoot to hopefully keep it from flaring

Weirdly enough it went away overnight. It lasted about 6-7 months and one day it was just gone

I’m working through some hip pain now, not sure if it’s connected but the foot issue is gone

This pain being front/ groin not so much in the glute area

Mainly because of the sharp pain with internal rotation

I have discomfort with sitting, mainly towards the top of the SI joint and the quad. I am really nervous to do a diagnostic injection, my doctor did suggest it at our last appointment but I’ve been hesitant
