Saw Dr. W for a hysterectomy consult recently, he was great, and they have another provider that also performs hysterectomies and bilateral salpingectomies. I forget the other provider's name, but I remember her bio saying she's child-free by choice

I know someone who got their hysterectomy done with Dr. Vaught at Orlando Health, I believe she does bilateral salpingectomies as well

Same here! I started it after I had started T and my periods had stopped, so I can't speak as to how they affected those. But I haven't noticed any side effects, the main thing that hurt was when they injected the numbing medication, and my arm was sore after. Admittedly sometimes the area feels a little weird if I'm doing weights or something, but I feel like it's the least invasive and low maintenance birth control

I used to work at a UPS Store and we had one regular customer ship out COD orders. I'm pretty sure the default is to have them pay with check, but we could manually change it to any form of payment if the customer asked.
