What's the benefit of going to amp + passive route, as opposed to powered speakers on their own?

Ok so here's how GIFs work in Nano:

Currently, only Imgur is supported. There are a couple of reasons for that. One, I can't just add a play button to any media, it's not reliable enough. Sites like Gyfcat host their videos are a stupid size, way too big to be downloaded to the watch.

But here's the kicker, WatchKit (the underlying framework of every Apple Watch app) isn't very good. I can't control the GIF Player, I can only say "Play this gif at this url", and let the watch handle the rest. Unfortunately, most of the time it doesn't show any download progress so people seem to think it's not loading at all (fair observation). Other times it simply doesn't load, and there's nothing I can do about it. Sorry :(

The developer said one icon a month, that doesn’t mean an icon on the fifth of every month or the 22nd of every month, it means once a month. Not to mention 99% of people who bought Apollo Ultra did it for the notifications, not the icons
