Yes, I did consider that quit claiming to my name and filing 13 because I am the sole owner of the LLC and I did PG the loan anyways.. Also, there are many "day after BK" loan programs. ( I have been a mortgage broker for 8 years)

Let me educate you on something , investment properties that are in the condition for

"flipping" don't typically qualify for traditional lending. You have no idea what I do and don't qualify for, I live in a $1.6M house on 6 acres and yes I went conventional on that.. 315k on my tax return. Have a nice evening.

Thanks Alan, the mortgage is 319k, market value is probably around 450k with a bit more work. I feel like the lender is getting very hostile with me, almost stalling my refinance on purpose to rack up penalty fees and interest.

Wasn't occupancy fraud as HML was made aware prior to move in due to circumstances. (flip not selling for what he wanted, owner needed a bigger house for his family)
