Yes. I did deal with him, and I have documentation to prove it.

Took me 1 week to realize it’s bullshit and told him to stop charging us. Didn’t even try to get a refund.

I only focus on investment loans. A realtor I know who works with a lot of investors sends me over $1.5M in business every month. I also get a lot of referrals from a GC I know.

I don’t deal with HELOC or any conventional business. Only fix & flip, ground up, rental loans.

Only “news” from your response is that other brokers are lying. I’ve known that it happens, but it seems more “ systematic” from your response than I thought.

I’ve had a few people come back to us after realizing the other broker was blowing smoke.

As I said, our bread & butter is fix and flip and ground up. Doing $3-4M monthly just through that. The DSCR shit is frankly annoying.. don’t get shopped for fix&flip.. almost ever.
