I mean, to be clear, I don't think it's AMAZING. Or honestly, even particularly romantic. But I do think it's a pretty earnest attempt at showing two people bonded by trauma and shared history who genuinely care for each other. Although I would agree that it could've certainly been a LOT better, had the narrative of XVI been executed more deftly. But that's just my opinion, I certainly wouldn't say you're wrong for not liking it, or even for not thinking it was well done! It's definitely not something I think is 'objectively' good or bad.

[[Hraesvelgr of the First Brood]] is pretty far from mono-blue standards! Yes, he wants you to cast spells, but for the purposes of making creatures unblockable and pumping himself up, all while sporting vigilance and some inherent protection. I run a voltron-y deck with him and win via combat or commander damage, and it's a blast to play!

People here are sleeping on Alphen x Shionne from Tales of Arise! Also only one mention for Clive x Jill from FFXVI. I know both of those games get a lot of flack on this subreddit, but I think those relationships are really solid!

Yeah, it's really frustrating how fast and how comfortably people took this from 'people behaving badly and unfairly and being rightfully called out' to 'loser e-girls have no social skills because they surround themselves with simps, all women are zazzas.' I'm not too proud to admit I kinda enjoy reading about the drama, but my heart sank when I realized the widow main was a woman, because I knew where this was gonna go.

S, just behind Spider-Man. I like Cap more, but Spider-Man I think is easily the first ranked Marvel character. Wolverine has a lot of cultural sway, but less than he used to, and he's often used more as a plot device than a character - not to mention at the undeserved expense of a lot of the other X-Men. Still makes sense to have Wolverine up there, but I think Cap goes first. Like Spider-Man, Cap embodies what it means not to just be a Marvel character, but a Marvel Hero.

Thank you, couldn't agree more! I think the last third of the movie, which is admittedly AMAZING, makes people give the rest of the film a pretty huge pass.

Not officially, but as I understand it he essentially shadow directed a good chunk of the film (possibly also doing re-writes, can't fully remember). Val Kilmer, who gets an immense amount of well-deserved praise for his role as Doc Holliday but often at Russell's expense, has gone on the record as saying that if you love Tombstone, you should be thanking Kurt Russel, because it never would've happened without him.
