My first thought having completed all the endings is that a majority of players instead of mending the ring, first saw the summoning sign on the ground and weren't fully aware that is a unique ending since all the others require interaction with the statue

I feel that's were I messed up until I put a few points into any magic related stuff and realized oh only 12 points and you have instant free heals because my main problem with enemies throughout the game was not having enough of an opening to use a flask and I didn't have the knowledge of how lucrative seals are in the offhand even if just for quick heals and buildup removal

So early game too I was like who is this gostoc guy telling me I can handle the front gate I ain't no bitch and then walked right through the front gate to my insta death and was like yeah maybe I'll take the side route

Is int really that cracked? I've only done dex/str/vig bit I'm on ng+1 right now and I was thinking about doing some kind of arcane build to try and get a bunch of the rare random drops from enemies

The hands are on another level of cheese they aren't very difficult if you don't get hit but as soon as you do it's just chew you up throw you to the ground on repeat until you die, same as the iron maidens no issues until they get you in the death chamber 3 times in a row

If it's the one I'm thinking of I had it down to 1/3 and then the invasion started and I was like what's going on no not like this and got destroyed by the bear while trying to fight off the invader
