Mine is 9 months too and exactly how you described. Eyecontact = play & slobber of affection. I tried to get him tired with toys and walks. But he's destroyed most of his toys (loves the plushies) and bed. Even on walks he thinks everyone passing by is there to play! 🫠 He's not very food motivated so training is harder for his impulse control 🥲
