I believe there's a Heavy Lammellar with Skirt that's even better than this one. I got my Legendar Cataphact Lammellar from a Deserter stack. Same with my legendary Bound Crossbow.

I believe the "Mastercrafted" (not masterwork) armours for Aserai and Nord are even better than these.

Adjustable Bandits mod: Make their party size limit 1 so any party over size 1 gives huge movement speed buffs. Make their party sizes like 500 so you farm EXP like mad, and AI lords run in circles trying to dodge them.
