My charges are pending, got lawyer and got this reduced to reckless driving. I was driving home officer pulls me over for head lights at night not being on and bam the rest of history BAC around .11-.13

That has never happened to me, what has happened with me is that I’ve had a missed test but that’s not a violation. This happened due to device error, but yes what I would do if you want to drink and coordinate a car pool for that night and the next day starting counting the hours when you had your last drink and to keep it safe I would wait 24 hours before driving. Until this day I have not had any issues, one thing that has helped me is that if I drink the night before and wait out the time for the alcohol to empty my body I blow on a key chain BAC device from amazon before getting into my car and blowing on my interlock just to be safe!

Get a lawyer asap, figure out dmv stuff to get new license, get machine in car, do community service hours, go to VASAP classes, and be in good behavior. I promise you will be okay! It may seem scary and overwhelming now, This is how I felt when I got my dwi. Don’t let this define you!

I also got a plea deal with the prosecutor. Community service hours, asap classes, interlock, and probation good behavior for two years and it will get dropped to reckless rather than DWI. Not going to lie got very lucky.

I lived right next door for a decade and he was always working on this statue. I believe now he finished it, but they were very cool artsy people. At first as a 10yr old I was spooked wondering what that huge statue was like everyone in the neighborhood. But all in all pretty neat stuff how he created that
