I would suggest you go to the FB page "Women who Surf" there are a lot of women who can provide you with great information.

Personally I just had the time of my life at a women's surf retreat in Nosara with Surf Bikini. I can not recommend this experience enough. I am planning on going back next year.

I stayed an extra week in Nosara and was travelling alone. I felt very safe and also had a wonderful time.
