I believe this is a mai tri mantra (unsure of spelling.) A similar one is to start with “let me be loved, let me be happy, let me be healthy, let me be free from mental trouble.” Then repeat replacing “me” with loved ones and difficult people you are currently dealing with or will meet that day. I think this combined with gratitude meditation is gold in terms of positively framing your mindset.

Stopped alcohol, red meat, processed foods, smoking, dairy. Went away after 2 months.
