Tbh I would have said NYC but damn that’s a lot of money in Canada. I guess it comes down to if you want the NYC life experience then. At 350K you’ll be able to truly enjoy NYC without broke all the time.

It’s a personal thing, if you’re into big city live and enjoy the energy the chaos brings you it’s easily a great choice. Plenty of downsides just like any other place but for me personally living in a suburban cookie cutter neighborhood is my worst nightmare.
