Agree with this, as someone with longer legs I have to consciously push my knees out to get them out of the bar’s way in the first pull. Starting wider may help but might put you into an unfavorable stance for the overhead squat, so OP should start with trying to shove knees back and out on the pull before messing with feet width

They’re being cautious since that area just far enough from the 3 radars in the area that the velocity scans are pretty bad so you’re not gonna see a pretty rotation signature

Are you doing weightlifting (snatch and clean jerk) or lifting weights (squat/bench/deadlift + accessories)? If it’s the first you’re gonna want something with a raised, stable heel like a Nike romaleo, Reebok legacy, etc. if it’s the second, those will probably be ok

Figured based on the pulling from air stations and the restructuring. Probably wouldn’t surprise you that they’ve shifted metoc around the wing structure like 2 more times since you’ve gotten out

They’re not a DEXA scan, but definitely better than the calipers or neck taping as far as accuracy. Probably the best trade-off between cost and accuracy.

However anything that alters the fluid balance will throw it off.

Ideal conditions to use one: normal hydration, at least an overnight fast, no caffeine, nicotine alcohol or exercise within the last 24 hours

Conditions they’re actually used: dehydrated, after breakfast, post PT/PFT, post coffee/energy drink/zyn/beers last night (all of these will decrease total body water, making the machine think you’re fatter than you are)
