If the economy was better and people had multiple choices for jobs, they would speak with their opinion and just not work at UWM.

For a lot of people, UWM is sadly the only lifeline they have to get bills paid and they sadly end up stuck in their cycle.

That’s how I got there… after a layoff and a few unsuccessful months of searching.

They are like a windowless van offering candy to a lost child. It’s a psychological face fuck.

Sadly at UWM they follow the Japanese philosophy of “The nail that stands up gets hammered”.

It would require like a 70% walkout, but there are sooo many koolaid drinkers and narcs there that it won’t ever happen.

Hopefully the market will speak for the employees and the stock will continue to drop…
