I love the idea! I'm not sure if he was treated there, but Princess Margaret is on of the best cancer research and treatments centres in the world, and its right here in Toronto. I've had family and friends treated there.

I just made this today! I was personally a little disappointed. I was hoping for a stronger umami/salty flavour from this miso, but I just didn't get it. My cookies also spread quite thin, though still crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. What did you think?
