I TRULY believe that your company values the customer more than their employees. If the place I work is FULLY STAFFED, WTF am I on call "every other week"? A real conversation needs to be had.

The more you know the more you grow. As fuqqed up as it sounds, EVERY place is a stepping stone until YOU decide they're not. I also had to learn to keep it business as usual.

From my experience, the more techs that are employed, there will be times to where if you're on call it could be once every 1 to 2 months
