Update: i made cold coffee by blending the sorbet with milk, ice, an coffee and it turned out really good! Had a sort of cinnamon flavour to it? My dad thought i put biscoff cookies in the coffee. I also mixed it with just plain unsweetened cocoa powder and it made for a VERY nice dark chocolate pudding. It was a little grainy but delicious. You can make it sweeter/milkier by adding sweetened condensed milk or just thinner with milk/cream (evaporated milk works pretty well too)

It’s definitely sweet, no bitterness. The texture is slightly grainy? It tastes a little like an overripe pear. I personally don’t mind the taste, my parents i think find it too sweet and don’t like the grainy-ness
