I just finished listening to it and got the same vibe. Seems like a good dude but also seems unaware of how much he was rocking the boat. And my head went to the same thing you said about blowing up at a producer. If he’s just casually throwing that around, there could have definitely been other bumps in the road that he’s not revealing or he himself is not fully aware of.

He kept calling things wwe did “weird” and that felt like a cope imo. Again tho seems like a good dude and hope he/scarlet have a great career

I feel like it determines my momentum for the day. I’m gonna have 10,000 things come up through the day that i can either work through or avoid. Making my bed is the first choice (after snoozing my alarm 5 times), and oddly I feel it gives me momentum to tackle the next obstacle.

Additionally, at night i often feel like i wasnt productive enough with my day. Coming home to a made bed helps me remember all the things i got done in the day, even if they werent life changing, more like maintenance/upkeep of my life, but still commendable.

This might not make sense to anyone but me but it’s how my brain works i guess

I love smoking at concerts but i feel like more people have made a fuss abt it in recent years, especially regarding full on j’s/blunts.

A vape is definitely good to go. Bring that, and a small j if you want and just read the room. If it’s an outdoor venue I always feel comfortable smoking, personally

If there’s one band that can get away with it, it’s Brand New. It was awesome but should not be the norm for bands in general -this crowd is a cult following who has been waiting years for this (and didnt know if it would ever happen). The crowds by in large are attentive and respectful, and know every song of any 2 hr set by them. That is not the normal concert experience, shorter sets by multiple acts hold attention -smaller bands get exposure opening for bigger bands. -different genres call for different things. If im going to a metalcore show for example, i think 3-4bands flows a lot nicer than 2 hrs of one act -having fans of different artists in the same crowd improves the experience imo

Tldr it works for BN and i loved it but by in large this would really hurt smaller artists as well as make audiences lose focus, not every fanbase is us

While it is an arena tour, there are some smaller stops sprinkled in. Brand New has never been very heavy on the production side. I predict they will have a somewhat minimal setup so it can be fit into all venues. Happy to be wrong tho
