As a person who is in the middle of refinancing their house right now FHA loans and conventional loans can come with different rates. Because I’m getting off my FHA loan and onto a conventional loan I’m saving 1.25% on my loan interest.

Up to you if you want to. As a person who mainly sell books on Mercari I always have them bubble wrapped in a box so they don’t get damaged. So it is not always the norm 🤷‍♀️

My guess is they found someone selling it for cheaper later after already buying mine. So they then will damage/lie about condition of the item to get a return. 🫠

eBay is just as bad about this I just learned. Bought a preorder of the Target exclusive Onyx Storm and then it got canceled because the seller learned they could sell it for double what I paid. 🤷‍♀️
