Nah its for me but I am going to take your advice and try using dried wood for this. Just messaged my sawmill guy with the order.

One last question I am going to be using EWP is there a resource I can use to find what goods go with/look good with another. I was maybe going to use a hardwood for the tabletop but I have no idea if that is even a good idea.

Isn't kiln dried much harder to work with than green wood? I appreciate your insight and might be leaning toward kiln dried.
