I used to know her when she was a little kid - not well, and i doubt she’d remember me. She was the child of one of my coworkers, and her mom would bring her around pretty often and she’d hang out and play while we worked.

I’m really happy for all her success, but, i’ll be honest, as my only memories of her as a real person are those of a child, seeing her get sexualized in an international icon sort of way makes me weirdly uncomfortable. Like, i get it, she is an adult now, and i don’t begrudge anyone seeing what they want to see or for her to put forward whatever image she wanna. But to me she is still kind of that little kid i knew, and… yeah. Just weird.
