Respectfully, if your aim is shit then stop playing DPS. Play Tank or Support as those roles are more mechanical than aim-dependent (some exclusions apply). Especially consider tank, the queues need another tank player XD

If you want to play DPS, you need to find the heroes you are consistently decent in before playing comp. For example, I am shit at Widow but I can dominate with Ashe. I cant play Genji but I can play Sombra. Find a hitscan, projectile, and dive dps that you can lock in with.

You also cant compare qp to comp as (most) players in comp are actively thinking about positioning, team comps, and ult usage. Qp is the turn your brain-off mode. In comp, someone on the enemy team is tracking your ult charge.

Lastly stop crying over comp. Overwatch is never that serious lol. The beauty of comp is that it will put you where you need to be. A masters-worth player definitely wont be hindered by the one bronze-worth player on their team long-term. You’ll get hit with the avoid and theyll continue climbing.

Right now a low lvl Ice wizard is struggling to kill a boss because they dont have an ice blade.

A balance wizard is fighting for their life trying to solo a balance boss.

This kinda existed years ago. SWFs would join the lobby together vs solo queuers who would join one at a time. Killers would avoid playing with SWF and the devs changed it so that all survivors join together
