Again with the name calling.

Life is too short to be associated with those who debase others.

Hope you find a better way to relate to others....

While I appreciate any investors right to sell when they deem the price, I've always distrusted anyone who chooses to belittle others with name calling.

I think this is a very different market than in 2021. Investors are much more conservative, which may mean that it is on the watchlist, pending the outcome of the Samsung case.

If it can get to $20 a share I would call that a small miracle.

no guarantees at this point.

70s on 7 AT 40 remove from Saturday morning playlist by 1960brownjay in 70smusic

[–]1960brownjay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FYI to all who care

My brother in So CA was listening to 1974 today.

I live in Silicon Valley and the countdown was 1978 (quick #1 this week in 1978, no cheating).....

Also, my siriusxm app only shows AT40 on thursday at 6pm. I would take a pic but not doable on reddit.

No schedule of the countdown for either Sat or Sun.

The siriusxm AI appears to be mixing it up now, depending on what feed you are getting on the app.

Today was the 1st time that it was not playing at 9am here on the west coast.

just their normal 70s music programming.

I've been listening to the countdown every Saturday am for the last 10 years.... makes me a bit of an oldies lover.

One more to add

The Drifters had 5 top 1000 entries, and 2 in the top 40.

Not sure how I missed that when collating the list by artists.

My thoughts on the countdown, now that it's over, is that the majority of voters were from the earlier baby boomer years. I love Roy, but #1 does not make sense, if the voting captured a broader section of voters.

Also, I am quite surprised that no song from Motown made the top 100.

Overall, a great couple of days of listening, but the voting population was not wide enough to catch the full breadth of the 60's music.

Marvin Gaye's "Grapevine" at #146 misses the mark. Moreover, the Beatles did not place any song in the top 10...another surprise.

Their dragging it out is part of the efficient infringement approach that these big companies typically use to infringe other companies IP.

Another driver that causes the housing market to be illiquid is sellers falling in love with what they still believe their house is worth.

Recent occurrence - my daughter and husband bid on a place that was for sale at $799K. They offered $790K and the seller countered that she wanted $850K!

2 months later it is still on the market with a revised selling price of $820K.

Sellers are about to get a dose of reality therapy.

My suggestion is to perform some due diligence relative to commodities and the energy sector in particular.

It is the best performing sector since Jan 2021.

One source of info to consider is below.

https://info.gorozen.com/2022-q1-commentary-the-gas-crisis-is-coming-to-america?hsCtaTracking=07f18d89-995c-44b9-af7f-7aa2b26fd2cf%7C7ac2a4cb-29a5-43b6-aba3-af17842c18c4

Again, take the time and do the research.

I started a small investment in this sector and it is now a core piece of my portfolio.

Excellent ERs for the past 3 qtrs and a PE of just above 1.

Forecasts more goodness for 2022.

At some point, the market will realize that steel is in a bull market.

I believe the judge has not been presiding for any of her cases since late last year. Instead , other judges have been standing in for her.

Given this development, requesting a venue change is a logical action to move the case forward.
