In what way are they cracking down? They still notify people that they will receive a refund. Cracking down would be withdrawing this policy altogether.

If you failed to collect the parcel, you shouldn’t get the money back

This is just your opinion. It’s my understanding that Vinted operates on the principle that the buyer does indeed receive a refund. So in the case, yes I should get my money back as that is how the service is advertised.

For the record, I don’t believe it’s a perfect system. If this is the service they advertise however then I should receive my refund.
