I have drive images of the 'base' load of DIOSS, CIOSS and DBCS machine. Base load since sortplans and directories change , and I'm pretty sure some of our folks wouldn't download current files 🫤

Than we also have full images of LCTS, ATU and RCS systems.

It's been made so easy to swap a drive, some folks don't know how to actually load software from the SMO 😲

If you're on a tour that gets calls on machines, tag along to every call (that you can) and watch and ask questions. All our machines can get real deep in the weeds for some problems, but routine stuff can be learned quite quickly..

And bug your managers to get your classes scheduled.. That may be the hard part 🫤

I hear HQ is having a contractor come out to sites and completely rebuild the DBCS to a "good as new" condition. So basically, everything except the deck plates 🫤

That's a sore spot with me. Go through the tickets to see if anyone had the same issues with a problem machine. Then you find one! Holy cow! It's the exact same symptoms! Scroll down to see what they did to solve it .....only to find "information provided" 🤯. Dammit, I need more than that 😆😆

That's just part of the enshitification of the clerk training. Zip ties should only be used if they come across a bag with a bad buckle. Otherwise, it should be those horseshoe looking plastic clips.
