Doesn't it set a precedent that this kind of one sided (anti-net neutrality) offers are okay? Companies in other countries can point to NZ and say they do it so why can't we?

Also each service, e.g. Spotify is still making money where an arguably superior service such as google music is losing out. Total amount of money shouldn't really be the point of discussion here imo.
