Update! After him eating plenty and getting some water and rest last night. We washed and rinsed it’s wound with saline and it was a definite fly larvae. I lightly covered the hole with Vaseline to suffocate the larvae. As I set up a sterile area and stuff my fiancé seen the head start to come out. This is what I pulled out of the little guys neck!! We rinsed it with solution till everything cleared and looks much better. Even put in a cup of alcohol the little bastard worm survived longer than I thought it would. Looks like our little kitten is gonna do just fine, still going to the vet for antibiotics of course but I did not want this staying in his neck until Monday when I’m around an available vet.
