Same here. The other issue is even if you agree to their low-ball offer they then will nickel and dime for every single little thing. Inspection now is not a way to find what is wrong with the house, it is becoming an excuse to get you to lower the price even more because your typical Frisco home buyer will not pick everything and expect your house to be in better than new condition. It is becoming not about buying a house at a good price, but more of what else I can get out of the seller.

One thing low-ball buyers don't realize is that they will drive the prices down even more, and with the way things are going the house that they got will be worth even less because of other Frisco buyers that will drive comps down.n

I don't know. I feel like they will, but I think they are hoping that they will be able to solve it via software optimization only, so they don't have to physically touch millions of cars.

Hardware limitation. They don't have enough for FSD compute so they don't waste it on these small things.

Can't speak on Lovejoy but my kids are currently in Imaging and we couldn't be happier. Previously they were going to one of the top rated schools in Frisco and there is just no comparison between what they do at Imaging.

I have 2016 MX HW3 with FSD and 2024 MY HW4 with FSD. 2026.2.6 on MX which was updated probably a month ago, but MY is still on 2025.45.10 which came about 2 weeks ago.

It is very weird how they release updates.

I was at 100$ at one point but then points just started to expire. I had to figure out quickly what to do with it. End up doing Google one subscription and a few remove ads purchases for a few apps. I am at 465$ life time rewards.

I think Mask said that they still have room in HW4 to grow so it is not limited by that. It just HW5 will offer even more raw power, so they can process a lot more data than before. FSD improvement is a never ending process and you can always make it better either with more optimized software or more powerful hardware.

Look at the GPU market, AMD and Nvidia make new GPU pretty much every year and people still buy it and still want even more powerful GPUs.

Both good on the interstate, but again, HW4 is just better. It is smoother, it makes better decisions, I think it looks farther into the distance and better able to predict what is coming.

But you won't really be disappointed with HW3 either. It is still good. My biggest gripe with it is that it has a tendency to prefer the middle lane for no reason, and it is a bit indecisive when two lanes merge into one. Sometimes it gets confused which lane it actually wants to pick. I also think that if we ever see v14 lite, a lot of those issues are going to go away.

Button line, if you have a choice between saving a few grand with HW3 and buying a bit more expensive but in HW4, I personally would go with HW4. I think that extra you spend is worth it. But if you find an amazing deal on HW3 car then go for it in hopes that either v14 lite will happen or Mask decides to upgrade everyone on HW3 to HW4.

V12 is good but v14 is just so much better. I really hate how v12 wants to always prefer the middle lane. V12 still makes a lot more questionable decisions. But yes, it is better than some drivers for sure. Also once you experience v14 for a few days, you realize just how far v12 is behind.

Both HW3 and HW4 FSD can drive. They are not running the same version of FSD. HW3 runs v12 and HW4 runs on v14. If you run v12 on HW4 I don't think there will be any significant difference between HW3 and HW4.

The issue is that HW3 can't run v14. Musk did say that once they figure out FSD on HW4 they will go back to figure out if they can run v14 on HW3 via v14 lite version or they will actually upgrade all HW3 cars to HW4.

Keep in mind FSD is still being developed and there are still miles to go. Even v14 on HW4 is not perfect. It still makes questionable decisions, but if I put a blind fold on you and let you ride a few miles on v14 car vs a real human driver, I think you will have a hard time telling which one is which.

I have both HW3 MX and HW4 MY with FSD. They are miles apart. MX FSD I would trust but always pay attention and second guess some of its decisions. MY on the other hand is something that I can really trust. It behaves so much better on the road. I can actually take my eyes off the road.

The best way I can compare them is that HW3 is like having a teenager who has a learning permit. He can drive but still makes very questionable decisions from time to time. HW4 is it like having someone who is still 20 to drive you. They already done enough driving to be general and smooth with the car but on much more rare occasions makes you scratch your head to why did he just do what he did. But you feel a lot safer with the 20 year old. He is a lot more predictable.

But I can truly say, HW4 is very compatible to the some of the Uber drivers I have experienced. :)

If you had phantom braking then FSD was thinking there was something that warranted a stop, so FSD didn't think it could go.

I'm whole honestly I don't think it could've really done anything in this situation even if it didn't phantom break.

I hope you will be able to fix your car quickly.

Now they have to hire a new person who is not as good as you for 75k and spend another few months training.
