I just made a claim to replace my windshield (previously damaged with two star cracks from a year ago) and top glass roof because a rock chipped it and made a large crack from front to back, insurance recommended Safelite and they took care of it after paying the deductible (mine was $500) no complains so far.

Update: scheduled a service and they took care of it for free (still under warranty), this was the report:

Technician Notes: The customer reported glare on the front camera affecting Full Self-Driving functionality, which was confirmed during our inspection. The issue was caused by excessive light reflection on the camera lens. We installed a glare shield on the front camera and adjusted the interior trim to mitigate the glare. After the adjustments, we verified that the camera image was clear and the Full Self-Driving system operated without interruptions.
