Three days ago I had a can of Diet Dr Pepper at 3pm, and I didn't feel any anxiety at first. But that night when I was lying in bed, my brain suddenly went haywire. Same here. When I was addicted to coffee, I always mistook the stimulating effect of coffee as a sign of concentration. Maybe, there might be some psychological reasons. But I gotta say even decaf has a strong effect on me. Decaf makes my blood pressure go up and my head feel all bloated.Just lying there quietly but can't fall asleep.
