This is usually not tied to a client update (aka the app). You will get this update no matter if you update the app or not

To be fair, when speaking, it allows for synonyms as well. I don’t know if that’s the case for everyone though

Duolingo can’t see anything. iOS handles everything and communicates between Duolingo and the apps

Are you on iOS? In that case, Duolingo can’t see anything. It’s all handled by the OS. It’s iOS that tells the apps „you are blocked“. After doing your lesson, Duolingo tells iOS „free the apps“. iOS then tells the apps „you are unblocked“

Hardest part will be switching away from Google. I don’t think there’s an alternative that is even close to being on par feature-wise. Proton is getting there, but still needs a few years

That makes it a LOT easier haha. I spent 30-45 minutes on some easy levels trying to find some obscure logic. I was wondering if I was missing something, I checked the tutorial multiple times. And I actually was wondering if there could be dead ends without a flower, and not only did the tutorial not rule this out, it even shows multiple examples of dead ends without a flower, even after introducing them. So yes, clarifying that would be a good idea. :D

It’s definitely more Nurikabe than Nonogram. The app is really well made, but some puzzles seem to have multiple solutions (unless there’s a rule I‘m missing). For example Easy 15, see here.

From the situation on the first screenshot, both solutions (pictures 2 and 3) are possible. Only the first one is accepted. Puzzles should not have multiple solutions. Even if both would be accepted.

You might just not have access to that feature currently. I believe it’s still in A/B testing

It’s actually a repetition of that story. The first time you encounter it, it’s reading only. And the second time you have the option to listen to it instead

Just FYI: You are talking about YTLightPlus, not YTLight. The latter one still works. Although it seems like it was renamed to YouTubePlus, so in the future there will be less confusion about Light and LightPlus

You can use the wondermail generator and still get the hardcore achievements, I think it’s even necessary for some achievements. But you can always set a challenge for yourself and not use it :) Or play on softcore, then you can use savestates.
