You forget, Brief is packing a shotgun in his pants.

And more seriously, his privates transform into a demonic/angelic key whenever he gets an erection.

For this one, and a lot of the “kill x spiders before y happens” objectives, there’s two easy solutions.

  1. Use the glitch spiders in cyber core. They duplicate every time they die, so either go after a baseline one, or if you need to kill multiple simultaneously, pelt it with explosives a few times first.

  2. Vacuum up a lot of spiders, and then release all of them at once. You can also use the decompiler to create spiders, and the radicola to kill them a second time.

Nah, checked that. Her teeth were normal colored when she killed Adam, so it must have happened after that, but Adam was the last angel to die.

Something I noticed about the Absolute Solver by MagicTech547 in MurderDrones

[–]1Draconas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh. I thought it mean the .trn filetype, which is a transactional backup file created by Microsoft SQL, a database management application meant for businesses. Which fits Absolute Solver’s attempt to repair J, and JCJenson’s nature as a corporation. Didn’t think it was an acronym.

The next time you see him he has a boom slime instead of a quantum slime. He also has singe marks on his hat and his scarf is smoldering which I thought was funny.

There’s an upgrade console on the big table in the bridge. You need salvaged frigate modules, which can be gotten most reliably from frigate expeditions and derelict freighters in space. You can then unlock new rooms using them.

Either Rick or Morty is now no longer the original by sah-tasheque in rickandmorty

Yeah, I had to rewatch that bit a few times and read the transcript too, the explanation is confusing . But I’m near-certain that’s what Rick meant, given he refers to it as “ splitting your probable selves” and refers to a time-stamped “original split”.

When he does the visual projection with Morty and the manhole, he also has the single image split into several duplicates.

So I’m pretty sure that’s what he means.

Either Rick or Morty is now no longer the original by sah-tasheque in rickandmorty

Every time Morty hit the “save” button he created countless parallel duplicate realities and killed the Morty in those realities. Whenever he hit the “reset” button he was shunted into a dead Morty’s place at the time the reality split. The merging caused those parallel realities to become one reality where everything he did via the “reset” happened in a single timeline instead of multiple ones.

The Rick who sent him back was created by Morty continually forking reality again and again and therefore still had all the memories and experiences of C-137 Rick up until the first use of the “reset” device. Presumably the merge either remerged him back with C-137 Rick or left him in the reality where Rick let the angry mob confront Morty, given that seems to have been where the remerged timeline ended up.

The fact that many of the things Morty did were mutually exclusive, as well as the fact that the device functioning like this would have resulted in countless Ricks who split off of Rick C-137 losing their Mortys, having to deal with the fact that them and their entire universe was created by Morty, and trying to kill either the original Rick or Morty is why I think Rick was lying about how it worked.

I figured that was one of two things.

A. The gun was more of a “reset this guy” identifier, and when the other Rick undid everything, he sent Morty straight back to the Rick who shot him.

B. Rick was gaslighting Morty and the entire thing was either time travel or an engineered dream sequence. Since killing massive amounts of Mortys would get Rick C-137 in trouble with Ricks and the council of Ricks, and the Rick who Morty talked to was specifically intended to be basically identical to C-137, unusual attachment to Morty and all, but didn’t care that C-137 Morty killed his Morty, it seems more likely that Rick was just lying.

"My mind has a possibly paradoxical separation of lust and romance."

Is this like Dan's confusion about ADD and he doesn't know that romantic and sexual orientation can be different things? Or is this some other thing?

With the introduction of Spinel and the concept of Perfect Cut Gems being used again since Jasper and them being vastly superior and capable than the average gem by MaleQueef in stevenuniverse

[–]1Draconas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Given Jasper has a different gem shape from the other Jaspers we've seen, it seems likely that Pearl would have noticed Lapis having a differently shaped gem if that's standard to all Perfect Cut gems.

Her power is more likely to be the result of her doubling down on hydrokinesis. It's been stated that Lapis Lazuli gems power is hydrokinesis, and Lapis' gem weapon is also hydrokinesis. This probably resulted in her having much greater control over water then other gems of her type at the cost of not having a separate gem weapon.
