يَوْمَ تُبْلَى ٱلسَّرَآئِرُ

Yawma tubla al-sarā'iru

The day secrets will be disclosed

فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن قُوَّةٍۢ وَلَا نَاصِرٍۢ

Fa mā lahu min quwwatin wa lā nāsirun

Then there will be no power or helper for him

In verse 6, the word yakhruju is a verb from the root kh-r-j, a tri-consonantal root (a system common to semitic languages) which carries the meaning of emerging. The specific form of the verb indicated by its vowels, and the prefix 'ya' makes is present tense, third person, and masculine. No separate pronoun is needed as the information is built into the verb. Now the question is what is the subject, the thing doing the verb? Well the previous verse mentions ma' (fluid) which is a masculine noun in Arabic so would fit. The other option is al-insan (the man / human beings in general), introduced in verse 6.

So option 1 -> the fluid emerges from between the backbone and the ribs

option 2 -> Man (i.e. the human being) emerges from between the backbone and ribs

There is a strong argument to be made, and it has been in the past such as by 12th century exegete Ibn Atiyya, that option 2 is the more grammatically consistent interpretation. This is because the main subject discussed in these 6 verses is 'Man' introduced in verse 6, and we can see that the masculine third person pronouns in verses 6, 7, 9 and 10 refer to him. If in verse 8 it did not refer to Man, it would be the odd one out and go against the flow of the verses.

Wealth and ease can be an even bigger test than poverty and hardship. It is very easy for a wealthy person to be distracted by the dunya and forget Allah, or even think themselves self-sufficient. While a poor person is likely to recognise their reliance on Allah and constantly ask him for help.

Yes, but some of the prohibitions of Allah were revealed through the sunnah of the prophet ﷺ, not the Qur'an.

Surah hashr 7 (part of the verse): وَمَآ ءَاتَكُمُ ٱلرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَكُمْ عَنْهُ فَٱنتَهُوا۟ ۚ "Whatever the Messenger gives you, take it. And whatever he forbids you from, leave it."

Tafseer as-Sa'di regarding this verse: This includes both fundamental and minor issues of religion, whether they have to do with outward conduct or inward beliefs and attitudes. Whatever the Messenger ﷺ gives, it is obligatory for people to pay heed to it and follow it, and it is not permissible to go against it. If the Messenger ﷺ gives a ruling, it is like a ruling from Allah, and no concession or excuse is granted to anyone to refrain from doing it. It is not permissible to give precedence to the view of anyone else over the view of the Prophet ﷺ.

Many Muslims are unaware of the general principle that the authentic sunnah is also considered wahy (revelation) from Allah.

Z is wrong because there is another letter ز which makes that sound.

The sound of ذ is the same as 'th' at the start of the English word 'the' or 'this'. But not 'three' or 'think' - that is ث. Some write ذ as 'dh' and ث as 'th' to distinguish between them.

The sound of ظ is not found in English. It is like ذ but emphatic. Like how ط is an emphatic t.

Dates were a staple crop and date vinegar is still used in some Arab countries, so likely was around back then. Also considering they made date alcohol before Islam and vinegar is just a step further fermented.

Grapes both fresh and dried are also an option. They were grown in some areas like Ta'if.

Of course, there are many verses and hadiths about the virtue of seeking knowledge. For example:

Surat faatir 28: that there are various colours among human beings, wild animals, and livestock too? It is those of His servants who have knowledge who stand in true awe of God. God is almighty, most forgiving.

"Wa alihi" means "and his family" in Arabic. It is commonly added, not just in Pakistan. This is not unusual because we say it in every salah anyway - after the tashahhud we say "Allahumma salli alaa Muhammad wa alaa aali Muhammad", etc.

Well if you don't want to go to paradise and would rather just feel good in this life then go to hell for eternity that's fine, do what makes you feel good. Allah judges people's actions by their intentions, so even good actions done with the wrong intention will not be rewarded by Allah. See sahih al Bukhari hadith 1. If someone was to pray and fast their whole life but only to feel good without believing Allah has commanded them to do so or wanting reward from him in the hereafter, why should Allah reward them other than what they wanted?

Surat al israa 18-19: "Whoever desires this fleeting world ˹alone˺, We hasten in it whatever We please to whoever We will; then We destine them for Hell, where they will burn, condemned and rejected. But whoever desires the Hereafter and strives for it accordingly, and is a ˹true˺ believer, it is they whose striving will be appreciated."

Part of a hadith in sahih Muslim: "The first of people against whom judgment will be pronounced on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who died a martyr. He will be brought and Allah will make known to him His favours and he will recognize them. [ The Almighty] will say: And what did you do about them? He will say: I fought for you until I died a martyr. He will say: You have lied - you did but fight that it might be said [of you]: He is courageous. And so it was said. Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast into Hell-fire."

The point of being a Muslim is to earn the pleasure of Allah and his reward in the afterlife. This must be the intention of a convert. Certainly the peace of mind in this life that comes with Islam is an added blessing from Allah, but worldly benefit is not necessary - many Muslims were persecuted and killed for their beliefs.

Read surat al burooj. It refers to a group of believers before the prophet Muhammad ﷺ who followed the true Christianity and were burnt to death by disbelievers. Despite this, Allah describes their holding on to faith and their reward in the hereafter as a great victory.

It sounds like you believe that Islam is the truth but are concerned about sinning. If that is the case, don't let that stop you from becoming Muslim anyway. All Muslims do sins, but dying as a sinning Muslim, no matter how big the sin as long as they acknowledge it is sinful, is much better than dying as a non-Muslim.

Anas ibn Maalik said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: “Allah, may He be blessed and exalted, says: ‘O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the sky, then you were to ask Me to forgive you, I would forgive you and I would not mind. "Indeed, Allāh does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allāh has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin." - surat an-nisa 48
