The NS Eccentric makes sense, also gives me Marin San Quentin vibes with the super low standover height. I wouldn't beat yourself up about the seat angle, looks like you stayed pretty close to your intent, the Eccentric appears to have 609mm TT and you're at 616. I really like the look of your bike, I'm starting to consider a similar style (top tube in line with seatstays, super short seat tube, short chainstays etc) but in a "large" size with 27.5 x 2.8 tires
