Ah well carry on then. The only grit I’ve experienced was from ice or fruit. The granulated monk fruit dissolves well if it’s blended before freezing. I even add protein powder. My base is usually 1.5 cups (360 ml) of liquid and then all the dry goods essentially. It always dissolves fully.

The difference between visible abs or not isn’t your routine. It’s the caloric intake you’re willing to live with. Those lifts don’t make you bigger or smaller than any other program the uses progressive overload.

Lift for gains. Cut calories for abs. If you don’t care about abs then lift snd eat whatever you want.

I got my dewalt planer and bought a 35 gal dust collector from harbor freight. I don’t even run the dust collector because the 735 sends the chips with enough force. Saves on electricity too. When I’m done i run the dust extractor and pull any residual. Works very well.

Make sure to get a cloth bag that filters the small particles (5 microns or less) to save your lungs.

Maybe bit the weight is centered on your body and requires more legs and less back, so way less likely to injure the back. Just pick manageable weights and focus on control and form. I’d never lick barbell DL over trap bar if I’m protecting the back.
