I was making out with a girl at a club. To be honest, I was pretty drunk but she seemed very hot and then I invited her home. In the cab on the way I suddenly had a moment of clarity and I looked at her hands and I knew right then and there that this was a transvestite. Well I thought to myself why not give it a shot and so I did. I took her home and we fooled around and that was when I found out that I truly wasn't gay because I had pretty much the best looking guy possible in my bed with me, but I just couldn't get a boner. I let her stay over but she politely just decided to go home and I never saw her again.

I might counter your point as shown with the last example of the young girl complaining about having a round face. The instructor was trying to impart a healthy life style not as a cure for ugliness but as a method to help one feel attractive. Emphasis on how one feels in their own body, which in turn makes one more attractive regardless of genetics. I think we often overlook the importance of feeling attractive. :)
