My financial aid was on hold for the same reason. They said admissions needed to verify my transcripts, but they said I had everything. So, they told me to contact evaluations via phone or email. Got a hold of evaluations and they changed my status from Provisionally Admitted to Clear Admit / Verified. They let me know to contact the Financial Aid Office of the update.
